VIP Dallas Properties (also managing Tall Timbers Retreat & Lodge) is a family-owned and operated short-term rental company built around thoughtful hosting and exceptional stays.
Founded by Blake, a long-time, full-time Airbnb host, real estate investor, and professional senior pickleball player, the business grew from a genuine love of travel and discovering new places. Lydia, Blake’s wife, joined as a co-host, and together they oversee a growing portfolio of homes with care and intention. They share a love of traveling, discovering new places, playing pickleball, and spending time with their English bulldog, Dimples.
Today, VIP Dallas Properties hosts thoughtfully curated properties in Dallas, Nacogdoches, Texas, and Gulf Breeze, Florida. Each home is designed to feel welcoming, well-maintained, and comfortable — whether you’re traveling for rest, connection, competition, or celebration.

Tall Timbers Retreat & Lodge, tucked into the pine forests of Nacogdoches, reflects our love for meaningful gatherings in a quiet, natural setting. Designed for weddings, retreats, and family reunions, it offers space to slow down, reconnect, and spend time together away from the noise of everyday life. It’s also where we were married, which gives us a unique appreciation for how special the experience can be.
